Everyone knows that vitamins and minerals are important to our health. But are there health benefits to increasing our vitamin intake beyond the minimums required by the body, as codified in the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance)?
There is good evidence that a diet
low
in
B-vitamins, Vitamin D, Vitamin-C, magnesium, selenium
and
copper
contributes to various diseases (beyond the well known deficiency diseases), as is a
high
intake of
iron
dangerous. I recommend buying the multivitamin brand to the right, which is
WITHOUT
iron, but including the B-vitamins which, in addition to many other benefits, also lowers blood Homocysteine. Do not take vitamin-C in the "Ester-C" form.

Here is the best:
Multivitamin Caps
I also recommend:
B Complex
Vitamin C Caps
