Milk and Dairy

It's not just for babies

If you like dairy, try to find products that have not been homogenized or pasteurized. Drink full fat organic milk in its natural raw state, straight from cows or goats that eat fresh green grass. Raw milk is safe if certified sanitary methods are used, and laws that prevent its sale or transport are outdated and arbitrary. If you have never tasted real milk, then you don't know what you are missing.

Bugs are best (Probiotics)

Consume more fermented dairy (yogurts, cultured buttermilk, etc.) and " Probiotic" or "Bio" products with added beneficial bacteria, but avoid consuming antibiotics at the same time. This includes natural antibiotics, like oregano, turmeric, garlic, onions, propolis, etc. - these are very healthy items and should be consumed at least daily, but it is best best to consume them at least 2 hours before consuming any "Bio" dairy.

How to eat

Consume whole or low-fat dairy with the antioxidants listed on the right only. Dairy protein can protect omega-3 fats, consumed together, from damage during digestion.

I recommend:

Probiotic Capsules

Antioxidants to consume with dairy:

Quercetin

Tocopherols

Tocotrienols

Green Tea Extract

Grape/Wine Extract

Berry Extract
