Should I take supplements?

Supplements should be taken as the diet usually does not provide certain things safely or in enough quantity. In addition to the multivitamin mentioned above, other supplements may include: 98% Green Tea extract, alpha-Lipoic acid, distilled fish oil, a mixture of all 8 isoforms of vitamin-E, including 4 tocopherols and 4 tocotrienols (NOT just "vitamin-E", which may reduce the other forms), vitamin C (not Ester-C), and magnesium.

Empty Stomach or With Meals?

Most people make the mistake of taking supplements on an empty stomach, and so they are largely missing the benefits and wasting their money. In fact, most supplements should be taken with meals, some should be taken prior to meals, some after meals, and only a small minority are best on an empty stomach. See the Simplified Health Guides to learn more.
