Eating Meat

Reduce grilled or processed meats.

If you insist on grilling meat, flip the steak or burger often, at least once a minute. Burgers should be mixed with fruit or vegetable purée, like onion, crushed garlic, oregano or cherries. All meat that will be grilled, fried or baked at high heat, including chicken and fish, should first be marinated overnight in similar fruit or vegetable sauces, including teriyaki. Red meat should then be grilled only to rare or medium rare. If you insist on well-done red meat, you can first cook it by Microwave or boiling, and then only grill lightly, or better yet, cook it in a stew. Consume with antioxidants only, like a glass of red wine or a side of onion salad (rich in quercetin), or the supplements on the right. Avoid processed meats, especially those containing sodium nitrite.

Food Poisoning

There is occasionally a problem of bacterial contamination of meat and chicken that can make one ill. When I start to feel signs of this, I immediately consume natural antibiotics and have always been able to stop any problems this way. Natural antibiotics include capsules of: Oregano Oil, Turmeric Extract, Garlic Extract, and Bee Propolis.

Vegetarianism

Despite these concerns, I do not recommend vegetarianism or veganism, though not simply because many advocating this ethical system feel the need to support it with unscientific nonsense.
