Mercury-free and full of Omega-3
Fish
should
be good for you, as the cold water variety contains lots of omega-3 fats. But fish that are high on the food chain also often contain high levels of mercury and other toxins - thanks to the wonderful things we are doing to our planet. Choose fish that are low on the food chain, like sardines, small mackerel, herring and anchovies (but not pickled, smoked, stored or packed in polyunsaturated vegetable oil, like soybean oil or generic "vegetable oil"). Consume mercury-free fish, and/or the distilled fish oil capsules to the right, daily.
