Food:
- All meals should contain some kind of good fat.
- Eat Color and Spice and protein in every meal.
- Eat high quality protein 5 times per day.
- Cook exclusively with Coconut oil, butter, and other good cooking oils.
- Eat cooked tomato dishes at least three times per week.
